ACE – FIPS Validated Cryptography for IoT Medical Devices
The Allegro Cryptography Engine (ACE) is a cryptographic module that meets the critical resource-sensitive needs of IoT devices in addition to fulfilling FIPS 140 validation requirements. The module provides a common API for bulk encryption and decryption, message digests, digital signature creation and validation, and key generation and exchange. Suite B algorithms for advanced cryptography specified by the NSA for encryption, hashing, calculating digital signatures, and key exchange, as well as other FIPS 140 algorithms, are included in Allegro’s platform-independent validated cryptography implementation.
